Low battery voltage is the number one cause of failed flashes and bricked modules. The integrated LED display shows live OBD2 bus voltage the moment you plug in — verify a stable 13V+ (with maintainer) before any programming session.

It is the difference between hoping your battery holds and knowing it will.

Rule of thumb: diagnostics are safe above 12.2V. For coding or flashing, connect a battery maintainer and confirm 13.0V+ on the display before you start.
